The service management is carried out through remote access, considering the following prerequisites for the provision of various system and platform administration services.

Planning and Installation

Operation, Maintenance, and Management

Routine Management

Daily support to maintain the functionality of the servers and optimize their performance, based on the Client's hardware and software platform, and subject to its respective advantages and limitations.

Configuration Management

Includes activities related to the management of the Operating System configurations. Updated maintenance of the configuration database, with information regarding the configuration of the Client's servers in terms of the OS.

Configuration Change Management

Includes all tasks related to the management of changes to the Client's server configuration. There are essentially two groups of tasks: change handling and change control.

User Management

Management of user accounts, technical personnel identified by the Client (architects, programmers, DBAs, and support staff) – "Technical Users".

Problem Management

Includes all tasks related to the management of problems related to the OS and management utilities used by PtMon.

Security Management

Includes all tasks related to configuring the Layer 3 firewall, as well as using proprietary software to monitor RDP connections and the security monitoring of the Operating System.
